PRF form doesn’t show the Edit pencil.

When completing the PRF form, the pencil icon is not visible.

User:

  1. Ensure you are using a supported browser https://adminksgov.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KLPM/pages/747667751

  2. Maximize your browser.

  3. Zoom out until the pencil icon appears.

General Error Messages - White Page/Yellow highlighted area with red text.

A yellow and white page pulls up with red text.

User:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error page (the entire window)

  2. Check you are using a supported browser. (Chrome or Edge Chromium is recommended)

  3. Log out, clear your browser cache, close the browser, reopen the browser, log back in and try again. If this did not resolve the issue, continue to #4.

  4. Document the steps you took just prior to when you got the error. (Ex: The page, what you were doing, what did you click on)

  5. Let your agency know.

Agency:

  1. Ensure the user has followed the steps above and can replicate the problem.

  2. Log an ServiceNow/EBITs ticket.

Course does not load when launched.

User:

  1. Check you are using a supported browser. (Chrome or Edge Chromium is recommended)

  2. Log out, clear your browser cache, close the browser, reopen the browser, log back in and try again.

  3. Check with your agency IT to ensure that the course is not blocked.

  4. Check with the agency who is providing the course.

Training course does not show as Completed when finished.

User: Ask the agency who is providing the course about this issue.

The agency should investigate if the problem is with the course or it’s settings.

User Account

DofA tenant user’s account is inactivated each night.

Check the user name to see if it is a DofA or KDOT/KDOC user account. KDOT/KDOC tenants use Active Directory so the account user name is different than DofA tenant.

If the user does not have a DofA tenant user profile, create one for them. Remove the DofA agency entries from the others if it exists there.

Performance Management

KDOT/KDOC user does not have or has an incorrect supervisor.

KDOT or KDOC submit their own files. These agencies will need to update the file they sent.
