User Account | 12/2021 | DofA tenant user’s account is inactivated each night. | Check the user name to see if it is a DofA or KDOT/KDOC user account. KDOT/KDOC tenants use Active Directory so the account user name is different than DofA tenant. If the user does not have a DofA tenant user profile, create one for them. Remove the DofA agency entries from the others if it exists there. |
